My name is Zulekha Ibrahim, and my training at Daraja 360 Digital Hub has been a truly transformative experience. Before joining the program, I had limited exposure to computers. However, through the training, I have developed essential digital literacy skills that have significantly improved both my education and my daily life.

I am now proficient in key productivity tools such as Microsoft Word and Excel. These skills have enabled me to search for information more efficiently, create and organize professional documents, and communicate effectively online. Beyond the technical knowledge, the training has also strengthened my confidence, improved my organizational skills, and broadened my understanding of future career and online work opportunities.
