• You may not attempt unauthorized access to admin systems, accounts, or data.
• You may not submit malicious code, spam, fraudulent transactions, or abusive content.
• You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using the platform.

Donations, Sponsorships, and Financial Records

Donations and sponsorship contributions are processed through available payment channels and are subject to verification, fraud checks, and compliance controls.

• Donation confirmations and records are maintained for accountability and audit purposes.
• Program and disbursement reporting is provided in good faith based on verified records available at the time of publication.
• Corrections or updates may be made where new verified information becomes available.
• Refund handling, where applicable, is assessed according to channel rules, legal obligations, and internal policy.

Accounts, Security, and Access Control

Authorized users are responsible for safeguarding credentials and activity performed under their accounts.

• Do not share login credentials with unauthorized persons.
• Report suspected compromise immediately.
• Daraja 360 may suspend or revoke access for violations, suspicious activity, or operational risk.

Content, Intellectual Property, and License

Unless otherwise stated, site content, branding, reports, and materials are owned by or licensed to Daraja 360. You may view and share public content for lawful, non-deceptive purposes with proper attribution. You may not copy, republish, or commercially exploit protected content without written permission.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Daraja 360 harmless against claims, losses, liabilities, and costs arising from your misuse of services, breach of these Terms, or violation of applicable law.

Termination

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access where we reasonably believe there is misuse, legal risk, data security risk, or breach of these Terms.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Parties will first attempt good-faith resolution of disputes. Where unresolved, disputes may be referred to the courts of competent jurisdiction in Kenya.
